• Du stellst Puffer, Lösungen und sterile Kulturmedien her – präzise, zuverlässig und nach festgelegten Rezepturen.
• Du dokumentierst Chargen sorgfältig, führst Sterilitätsprüfungen durch und unterstützt bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Rezepturen, Lagerbeständen und Datenbanken.
• Du wirkst an labororganisatorischen Themen mit und hilfst, Abläufe gut strukturiert und effizient zu gestalten.
• Du arbeitest nach Bedarf in unserer Spülküche mit und trägst so zum reibungslosen Ablauf im Laborbetrieb bei.
• Du unterstützt Dein Team bei der Abstimmung über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg und bringst Dich aktiv bei der Optimierung von Abläufen und Methoden ein.

• Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als BTA/CTA/MTA, Chemie- oder Biologielaborant (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – gerne auch Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Tätigkeiten.
• Auch Berufsanfänger (m/w/d) sind herzlich willkommen – wichtig sind Motivation, Aufmerksamkeit und Lernbereitschaft.
• Grundkenntnisse im chemischen Rechnen und Freude daran, präzise mit Rezepturen zu arbeiten.
• Eine sehr sorgfältige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise, bei der Qualität an erster Stelle steht.
• Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Word und Excel für Dokumentation und einfache Datenpflege.
• Teamgeist, Serviceorientierung und Lust, gemeinsam strukturiert zu arbeiten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Eleva is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company based in Freiburg, Germany, discovering and developing previously inaccessible biologics using a breakthrough moss-based technology platform. We are looking for you to join our Lab Operations team as soon as possible.

• You prepare buffers, solutions, and sterile culture media precisely, reliably, and according to established protocols and recipes.
• You carefully document batches, perform sterility testing, and support the maintenance and further development of formulations, inventories, and databases.
• You contribute to laboratory organization and help ensure that processes are well structured and efficient.
• You support operations in our lab scullery as needed, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day laboratory operations.
• You support your team in cross-departmental coordination and actively contribute to the optimization of workflows and methods.
• As an ISO 9001:2015–certified company, we work according to quality guidelines – you help implement these effectively and pragmatically in your area of responsibility.

• Completed vocational training as a BTA/CTA/MTA, chemical or biological laboratory technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification – professional experience in similar activities is also welcome.
• Career starters (m/f/d) are also very welcome – motivation, attention to detail, and an open mind to learn are what matter most.
• Basic knowledge of chemical calculations and a keen interest in working accurately with protocols and formulations.
• A very careful, reliable, and accurate working style with a strong focus on quality.
• Confident use of MS Word and Excel for documentation and basic data management.
• Team spirit, a service-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for working in a structured, collaborative environment.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
