Marija joined Eleva in 2024 as Executive Assistant to the CEO and as a key support to the Business Development team. With a career spanning over two decades in high-level administrative and diplomatic roles, she brings deep experience in protocol, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Before joining Eleva, Marija served as Executive Assistant to the Australian Ambassador in Belgrade, where she also led public diplomacy initiatives and contributed to international emergency missions. Her background includes roles across several departments of the Canadian Embassy, combining organizational excellence with cultural insight.
