Martin received his academic degree as an MD from Julius-Maximilians University of Würzburg in Germany.  In addition, he is board certified in Anesthesiology, Rescue Medicine, and Medical Informatics and has more than 10 years’ experience of working in academic hospitals. He held over the last two decades various positions in clinical development, clinical research and operations of increasing responsibilities with contract research organizations and pharmaceutical companies.
