Fabienne is a marketing and communications professional with an academic background in English Studies, History, and Theology from the University of Heidelberg. She began her career at Springer Fachmedien München GmbH before joining Eleva in 2019 as Assistant to Medical Alliance. In this role, she quickly advanced to become Assistant to the CEO, gaining deep insights into the company’s strategic direction and internal operations.

In 2024, Fabienne took on the role of Director Marketing at Eleva, where she was instrumental in building the company’s marketing function from the ground up. She established and led a team of experienced professionals, shaping Eleva’s brand identity and driving initiatives across public relations, social media, branding, event management, thought leadership, and investor communications.

Since 2025, Fabienne has held the position of Director Corporate Communications.
